The product
Bank Leumi, one of Israel's financial giants, has active online platforms. To maintain flexibility and lead in the New Banking era, Leumi continued to boost its interfaces with customers 
by expanding and upgrading its digital services.

In 2020 Leumi app was redesigned and became the year's app, which entailed changes in the visual language. The main one that was launched on the site - Loans to customers of all banks, with a fully digital process.


The problem
In 2021, the supervision of banks conducted surveys on customers' perceptions of the quality of services received from the bank. Leumi occupied the last position. 
The situation was critical.
Also in 2021, a bank-to-bank transition reform was launched. In the face of increased competition, improving the quality of digital services has become a necessity. It was decided to improve the main digital product.
The goal
Increase the role of the site as a tool for obtaining service, optimizing, and increasing the conversion of loan applications through the site.
