Introduction

This case study focuses on the successful UX/UI redesign of a technology platform Cibus that provides employee meal subsidy solutions.

 

The client approached to revamp the existing user interface, streamline user flows, and optimize the overall design and functionality of their applications and website to increase engagement, attract more users, and drive growth.

Research and Insights

I conducted extensive research to gain insights into user preferences, behavior, and ordering patterns. Analyzing user data with the Cibus product team, I identified the most important pain points. Based on these findings, I developed a deeper understanding of user preferences and how to cater to their specific needs. To improve the user experience and simplify the navigation, I implemented a full restructuring of the main page.

Analyzing user data I identified the most popular food categories & created a vertical scrolling category section, allowing users to easily find their favorite dishes. To save users time, I optimized Top Bar, improved Navigation Menus, enhanced Filter and Sort Options, optimized Order and Transaction History, updated Reviews and Cart pages, and enhanced Search capability. Also, I introduced new features and improvements (Group Orders and Split Bills).

Results and Achievements

By leveraging user insights, optimizing navigation, introducing new features, and enhancing the overall design, I helped the client to offer a more user-friendly, efficient, and enjoyable platform. In the course of my work resulted in an increase of 113% in transactions, 
51% in users, and 65% in orders.
